Mission
Finding the right preschool for your child is one of the most important decisions you'll make, and we are so excite that you are considering Tower Grove Christian Preschool!
At TGCP, we believe every child is a precious gift from God, uniquely created and deeply loved. Our mission is to nurture the hearts and minds of young learners through high quality, faith-filled education, joyful exploration, and a strong partnership with families, preparing them not just for Kindergarten, but for life. We strive to be a blessing to each child, their family, and the community that surrounds us.
We believe that one of the goals of a Christian education is to develop a child's character. The Bible says, "Start children off in the way they should go, and even when they are old, they will not depart from it" - Proverbs 22:6.
As part of this direction, we believe it is important to:
1. Created healthy atmosphere - physically, social-emotionally, and spiritually.
2. Foster a desire in each child to discover God's love and the wonders of His creation.
3. Respect and accept each child as a unique individual while encouraging their health, happy development.
Curriculum
We believe the early years should spark curiosity, joy, and confidence. Our goal is to foster a love of learning in every preschooler through hands-on exploration and play. Using a spiral approach, we build on what children know as they grow - helping them discover new ideas step by step.

Each classroom supports the cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual development of every child in a nurturing, engaging enviornment.

Bob Jones Curriculum guides our two- and four-year olds as they explore, create, and build early skills.

Abeka Curriculum supports our thee-year-olds and Pre-K students with fun, structured lessons that prepare them for Kindergarten and beyond.
Only at TGCP
Tower Grove Christian Preschool is nestled in the Shaw Neighborhood on the corner of Tower Grove and Magnolia between Tower Grove Park and the popular Missouri Botanical Garden. Our partnership with each of these institutions allows us access that can be used as an extension to the classrooms so that we can experience nature as God created it. We also offer other experiences outside of the classroom like weekly PE and music classes, chapel, as well as health snacks and lunch included in tuition, and our indoor and outdoor place ares give children plenty of space to move and explore!
Communication
We know how important it is for parents to feel connected throughout the day. That's why we use Brightwheel. Brightwheel is an easy-to-use app that keeps you in the loop about your child's activities, meals, naps, and learning moments. Teachers share photos, updates, and messages in real time, so you never miss a smile, milestone, or memory from your child's day.
